Concora Credit Robocall Settlement: $250 to $650 for People Who Weren't Even Customers

Updated September 19, 2026 · By Class Action Buddy

A smartphone lying on a desk receiving a call

Short answer: if Concora Credit robocalled your cell phone and you were never a Concora customer, you can claim an estimated $250 to $650 from the Seals v. Concora settlement. Postcard recipients file in minutes with the Claimant ID on the card — no proof needed. The deadline for everything is October 19, 2026.

What this settlement is about

The class here is unusual by design. The lawsuit says Concora's prerecorded calls kept landing on people who had no Concora account — wrong numbers, reassigned numbers, other people's phones — between May 2, 2021 and May 31, 2026. That's a Telephone Consumer Protection Act problem, because prerecorded calls to cell phones need prior express consent, and the lawsuit says these calls didn't have it. Concora denies doing anything wrong, and the court hasn't decided the merits; the settlement, filed in the District of Oregon as Seals v. Concora Credit Inc., No. 3:25-cv-00728, ends the fight instead.

Who qualifies

According to the official settlement site, you are in the settlement class if:

Concora customers are expressly outside the class. If a settlement postcard arrived in your mail, the company's calling records already identified you.

How much it pays

Concora pays $9,375,000 in total. Claimants split the $8,375,000 settlement fund in equal shares after notice costs, administration, attorneys' fees, and the class representative's award come out — the rest of the total funds TCPA-compliance changes at the company. The settlement site estimates $250 to $650 per approved claimant, and the real figure moves with the number of valid claims. Nobody can promise the exact amount before claims are counted.

How to file

  1. If you received the postcard notice: file online at SealsTCPASettlement.com using the Claimant ID printed on the card, or mail the claim form to the Settlement Administrator (PO Box 2599, Faribault, MN 55021), postmarked by October 19, 2026.
  2. If no postcard reached you: request a claim form in writing from the same address — but you'll need to include proof that a Concora artificial or prerecorded call reached your cell phone.
  3. Either way, submit by October 19, 2026. Mailed forms should go out a week early for postal time.

Concora Credit Settlement: FAQs

Do I need proof to file a Concora Credit claim?

How much does the Concora Credit settlement pay?

An estimated $250 to $650 per approved claimant. Every claimant gets an equal share of the $8,375,000 settlement fund after fees and costs, so the final amount depends on how many valid claims come in. Concora is paying $9,375,000 in total.
