What’s open right now? 208 class action settlements are accepting claims today, and 61 of them require no proof of purchase — you just attest that you bought the product. The next deadline falls on Aug 15, 2026. Payouts run from about $7 up to $55,000 depending on the case, and most claims take about two minutes to file.
Everything below is a settlement that is still accepting claims. Anything past its deadline is moved out of the list automatically, so you are not reading about money you can no longer claim.
Use the filters to narrow by no proof of purchase if you no longer have receipts — that is the majority of what most people can realistically file. Sort by deadline to see what closes first.
Most consumer settlements know perfectly well that nobody keeps a receipt for a $6 tube of toothpaste. So they include a tier you can claim by signing a statement that you bought the product, with no documentation attached. You are signing under penalty of perjury, so only claim what you actually bought — but if you did buy it, you have every right to file. A handful of settlements still ask for a Claimant ID or PIN from a mailed notice; where that is the case, the settlement’s own page says so rather than promising you a free claim.
A claim that has to be printed and posted needs to be in the mail well before the stated date, so we stop listing a settlement roughly a week before its deadline rather than letting you start something you cannot finish in time. If a settlement is on this page, there is genuinely still time to file it. Sort by deadline to deal with the ones closing soonest first.
The headline number attached to a settlement is the size of the whole fund, not your share of it. Most funds are divided pro rata among everyone who files a valid claim, so the maximum payout listed here is a ceiling, not a promise — and the more people who file, the smaller each share becomes. Individual consumer payouts are often somewhere between $5 and $50. That is still real money for two minutes of typing, and filing several adds up, but it is worth knowing before you start.
Every settlement here links to the official administrator’s claim site, and filing directly with them never costs anything. Class Action Buddy is a self-service tool: it stores your details once and fills the official forms for you so you are not retyping your address for the tenth time. It is not a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and it does not file on your behalf — you review and submit every claim yourself. If you would rather do the whole thing on the administrator’s site, the link is right there on each settlement page.
