American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and other major domestic carriers are facing a class action lawsuit alleging they conspired to fix prices for domestic air travel. American Airlines has agreed to pay $45 million and Southwest $15 million, with cases against Delta and United still ongoing.
If you purchased domestic air passenger transportation services between July 1, 2011, and June 14, 2018, from American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, United, US Airways, or Continental Airlines, you may be eligible for compensation.
