American Textile Co. Inc. (Case No. 2:23-cv-1811-CCW), was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
If you purchased Sealy 1,250 thread count bedding products — including sheets and pillowcases from the Ultimate Indulgence, Premium Comfort, Cool Comfort, Premium Cooling, or Superior Cooling lines — between October 19, 2016, and October 30, 2025, you may claim up to $40 without proof of purchase.
