Grubhub has agreed to pay $5 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the food delivery company charged deceptive delivery fees to California consumers.
The case, Wang, et al. v. Grubhub Inc. (Case No. 23STCV24118), was filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. If you ordered food through Grubhub or Seamless for delivery to a California address between January 24, 2019, and January 12, 2026, you may be eligible for a $10 Grubhub site credit.
