The case, Moskowitz, et al. v. American Express Co., et al. (Case No. 1:19-cv-00566-NGG-JRC), was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Debit card users and non-rewards credit card holders who made purchases from qualifying merchants in specific states may be eligible.
