Amazon Retail LLC has agreed to pay $2 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the company failed to properly compensate hourly employees in Washington state for all wages owed.
The case, Garner v. Amazon Retail LLC (Case No. 24-2-11344-0), was filed in the Superior Court of Washington, Pierce County. If you were employed by Amazon Retail LLC in an hourly position in Washington state between October 3, 2021, and October 27, 2025, you may be entitled to compensation of at least $50.
