Tyson Foods and Cargill have agreed to pay a combined $87.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit (In re: Cattle and Beef Antitrust Litigation, Case No. 0:22-MD-3031) alleging the companies conspired to fix beef prices.
Consumers who purchased beef made from chuck, loin, rib, or round primal cuts in one of 27 eligible states between August 2014 and December 2019 may be eligible. Note: Proof of purchase (receipts) is required and claims without it will be denied. Payment is available via Venmo.
