Premier Nutrition Corporation has agreed to pay $90 million to settle class action lawsuits alleging the company falsely advertised that Joint Juice glucosamine supplements could improve joint health and reduce joint pain.
Two separate cases are included: Montera v. Premier Nutrition Corporation (Case No. 3:16-CV-06990-RS, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California) for New York purchasers, and Bland v. Premier Nutrition Corporation (Case No. RG19002714, Superior Court of California, County of Alameda) for multi-state purchasers. If you purchased Joint Juice products in eligible states, you may receive between $10 and $50 per unit.
You may be eligible to file a claim if you:
New York class members: Approximately $50 per Joint Juice unit purchased (actual amounts may vary based on claim volume).
Multi-State class members: $10 to $25 per unit for purchases up to six units without receipts; higher payments possible with proof of purchase or more than six units.
Overall range: $10 to $50 per unit across both settlements.
