Premier Nutrition Corporation has agreed to pay $90 million to settle class action lawsuits alleging Joint Juice glucosamine supplements were falsely advertised as being able to improve joint health and reduce joint pain.
Two separate classes are included: a New York class (Montera v. Premier Nutrition Corporation) and a multi-state class (Bland v. Premier Nutrition Corporation). Eligible purchasers in 9 states can claim $10 to $50 per unit, up to $150 maximum. No proof of purchase is required for up to 6 units. Payment is via electronic check to your email.
Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible to file a claim if you:
- New York Class: Purchased any Joint Juice product in New York between December 5, 2013, and December 28, 2021
- Multi-State Class: Purchased Joint Juice in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, or Pennsylvania between March 1, 2009, and December 31, 2022
How Much Can You Get?
New York class: Approximately $50 per unit purchased.
Multi-State class: $10 to $25 per unit for up to 6 units without receipts.
Higher payments possible with proof of purchase or more than 6 units.
Maximum payout: $150 per person. Payment is via electronic check sent to your email.
