If your information was affected by the May 2024 cyberattack at Gas Express LLC d/b/a Circle K, you may be entitled to a $50 cash payment with no documentation, or up to $2,000 if you can show out-of-pocket losses tied to the breach. Gas Express — the largest U.S. Circle K franchisee — disclosed that a targeted cyberattack on May 20, 2024 exposed names, driver’s license numbers, and Social Security numbers. The settlement covers people the company directly notified. Payments are made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, virtual prepaid card, or physical check.
