How Much Can You Get?
There is no published per-person figure. The $117 million fund is divided in proportion to what every claimant estimates they spent, so your share depends both on how much pork you claim and on how many people file. On the fund size and a realistic claim rate, a typical household is likely to see somewhere in the region of $25 to $100. That is our own arithmetic rather than a promise from the administrator, and there is no per-claimant cap — someone who bought a great deal of pork over those four years can be paid more than the top of that range.
