G.Skill International has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit (Hurd v. G.Skill International) involving their DDR4 and DDR5 desktop memory products. If you purchased qualifying G.Skill RAM between January 31, 2018 and January 7, 2026, you may be entitled to approximately $10-15 per product, up to a maximum of $50.

Who Is Eligible?

You may be eligible to file a claim if you:

  • Purchased qualifying G.Skill DDR4 (above 2133 MHz) or DDR5 (above 4800 MHz) desktop memory products
  • Made your purchase between January 31, 2018 and January 7, 2026

No proof of purchase is required. You can claim up to 5 products without providing receipts.

How Much Can You Get?

Claimants can receive approximately $10-15 per product, with a maximum of 5 products claimed without proof of purchase. The maximum payout is $50 per claimant.
