TCPA Robocall Settlements 2026: Complete Filing Guide
By Timo Bakker · July 3, 2026 · 5 min read
If you received unsolicited robocalls or spam text messages from a company you did not consent to hear from, you may qualify for one or more currently-open TCPA class action settlements. Here is everything about how to file.
Am I eligible?
- You received repeated calls or texts from a specific company (usually 2+ during the class period).
- You did not sign up for those communications — specifically no written consent to receive marketing calls / texts to that cell number.
- The class period is usually a 4-year window before the lawsuit was filed.
How to prove it
For no-proof tiers, a sworn declaration is enough. If a settlement offers a higher payout for documented calls / texts, you may need to submit call logs from your phone bill or screenshots of the messages. Save these when you get suspicious calls/texts.
Typical payouts
TCPA settlements have some of the highest per-claim payouts in class action land because the statutory damages are $500 per violation (tripled to $1,500 for willful). Practical outcomes:
- Small settlements or high claim rates: $50-200 per claimant.
- Medium-size settlements: $250-750.
- Large-scale TCPA cases where only a subset of eligible people file: $1,000+.

Search the directory for “TCPA” or “robocall” to see current ones. New TCPA settlements enter the fileable window every few months.
