Update your profile to include your current state and any recent purchases. The app filters strictly by eligibility criteria — some settlements are state-limited or product-specific. If you still think you qualify for something we are not showing, email support with the settlement name.
Settlement payments are issued 60-120 days after the claim deadline (not the day you filed). See our full guide on settlement check timing. If you are outside that window, contact the settlement administrator directly.
Update your profile address in the Class Action Buddy app. For claims already filed, you also need to contact each settlement administrator directly — they hold your address of record for that specific case. The app links to each administrator's contact page.
Settings → Account → Delete. Profile and subscription records are wiped within 24 hours. Filed-claim records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance. See our security page for the full retention schedule.
