Credit monitoring is open to every class member, separately from the cash.
Cash Payment A reimburses documented losses up to $3,500. You need evidence of what the incident actually cost you.
Cash Payment B is a pro rata cash payment instead. No paperwork, and the amount depends on how many people choose it. You take one route or the other.

- Decide which cash route fits. If you have receipts worth more than a share of the fund, claim documented losses. If not, the pro rata route takes minutes.
