Team Group DRAM Settlement Deadline: July 7, 2026
Updated June 2026 · Filing window closes in … days
The claim deadline is July 7, 2026. Anyone who bought Team Group computer memory (DDR-3, DDR-4, or DDR-5) between May 3, 2020 and April 8, 2026 has until July 7, 2026 to file. After that, the $1.1 million settlement fund is divided only among claimants who beat the deadline.
Why this deadline is strict
This is a no-proof settlement for up to 5 products per household. There's no documentation to review on a late submission, which means the administrator has zero reason to accept one — the math is purely 'how many valid claims came in by July 7, divided by the fund.' Late claims are auto-rejected.
What happens after July 7, 2026
Validation (Jul-Sep 2026) is mostly automated for no-proof claims. Court approval typically follows 2-4 months after the deadline. Payments via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, virtual prepaid card, or paper check distribute after the 30-day appeal window. Realistic window: Q4 2026 to Q3 2027.
Could the deadline be extended?
DRAM cases like this one historically don't get extensions — the class is well-defined (PC builders and gamers) and notice reached the right channels (PCPartPicker, gaming forums, manufacturer mailing lists). Treat July 7 as firm.
What if I miss it?
You get nothing — and because you didn't opt out before the exclusion deadline, you're still bound by the settlement's legal release, meaning you can't separately sue Team for the same conduct. Missing the deadline means losing both the payment and the right to seek other compensation. The downside of filing is zero; the downside of not filing is permanent.
