Payment Information: Venmo/Zelle preferences (we do NOT store bank account or credit card numbers)
Signature Data: Your electronic signature for claim forms
Claim Information: Details about settlements you've claimed

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique identifiers
Usage Data: Features used, time spent, interactions
Log Data: IP address, browser type, error reports

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Submit claim forms to settlement administrators
Process your subscription payments
Send notifications about your claims
Improve our services
Communicate important updates
Comply with legal obligations
Prevent and detect fraud
Respond to settlement administrator and court inquiries

We do NOT:

Sell your personal information
Share data with advertisers
Use your information for purposes unrelated to our service

3. Information Sharing

We share information with:

Payment Processors	To process subscription payments (Apple/Google)
Service Providers	Who help us operate (hosting, analytics)

All third parties are required to protect your information and use it only for specified purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

6. Data Retention

We retain your information according to the following schedule:

Why We Retain Claim Records

ℹ️ Class action settlement claims are legal documents submitted under penalty of perjury. We are required to maintain these records to:

Respond to settlement administrator audits
Comply with court orders and legal process
Cooperate with fraud investigations
Defend against potential legal claims
Protect the integrity of the settlement process

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. However, certain data will be retained as described above for legal compliance purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

CAB is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights:

Right to know what information we collect
Right to delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
Right to opt out of sale (we don't sell data)
Right to non-discrimination
