  • Submit claim forms to settlement administrators
  • Process your subscription payments
  • Send notifications about your claims

We do NOT:

  • Share data with advertisers

Why We Retain Claim Records

ℹ️ Class action settlement claims are legal documents submitted under penalty of perjury. We are required to maintain these records to:

  • Respond to settlement administrator audits
  • Comply with court orders and legal process
  • Cooperate with fraud investigations
  • Defend against potential legal claims
  • Protect the integrity of the settlement process

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. However, certain data will be retained as described above for legal compliance purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

CAB is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.


9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

  • Right to delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
  • Right to opt out of sale (we don't sell data)
  • Right to non-discrimination
