What is Class Action Buddy?

Class Action Buddy (CAB) is an app that helps you discover and file claims for class action lawsuit settlements. We find settlements you may be eligible for and make it easy to submit your claim in under a minute.


Is Class Action Buddy a law firm?

No. CAB is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a technology company that helps you discover and submit claims for settlements that have already been approved by courts.


How does it work?

  1. Create your profile with your information
  2. Browse available settlements
  3. Tap "Start Claim" on any settlement
  4. Review and sign the auto-filled form
  5. We print and mail your claim

That's it! We handle the paperwork, you get the money.


Do I need proof of purchase?

Most settlements we feature do NOT require proof of purchase. These "no proof" settlements typically have lower maximum payouts but are much easier to claim. We clearly mark which settlements require proof.


How much money can I get?

Payouts vary widely by settlement. Typical "no proof required" claims pay $5-$100. Some settlements pay more. On average, active CAB users claim $50-$500+ per year.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee any specific payment amount. Settlement administrators make all payment decisions.


When will I get paid?

Payment timing depends on the settlement administrator. Most claims are paid within:

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! Cancel anytime through your device's app store settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.


Is my information safe?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption to protect your data. We never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.


What happens after I submit a claim?

  1. We print your completed form
  2. We mail it to the settlement administrator
  3. The administrator reviews your claim
  4. If approved, they send payment to you
  5. We track status and notify you of updates

Can I claim settlements I'm not eligible for?

No. You must be truthful about your eligibility. Submitting false claims is fraud and can result in legal consequences. Only claim settlements you are genuinely eligible for.
