Subscription Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled according to their respective policies.

We do not directly process refunds for subscription payments.


When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds may be granted for:

  • ✅ Duplicate charges
  • ✅ Unauthorized purchases
  • ✅ Technical issues preventing service use
  • ✅ Within 48 hours of initial purchase if unused

Refunds are NOT granted for:

  • ❌ Change of mind after using the service
  • ❌ Dissatisfaction with settlement payout amounts
  • ❌ Claims not being approved by administrators

Important Disclaimer

CAB does NOT guarantee that you will receive any payment from class action settlements. Settlement administrators make all decisions about claim approval and payment amounts.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee successful claims or payments. You are paying for access to our claim discovery and submission service, not for guaranteed settlement payouts.


Free Trial

If offered, free trials allow you to test the service before committing. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.


Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
