We do not directly process refunds for subscription payments.
Refunds may be granted for:
CAB does NOT guarantee that you will receive any payment from class action settlements. Settlement administrators make all decisions about claim approval and payment amounts.
Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee successful claims or payments. You are paying for access to our claim discovery and submission service, not for guaranteed settlement payouts.
If offered, free trials allow you to test the service before committing. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
