Posh Group, Inc. has agreed to pay $1.2 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the ticket company charged hidden fees that were not included in advertised ticket prices for California events.
The case, Rahil Doctor v. Posh Group, Inc. (Case No. 25STCV21463), was filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. If you are a California resident who purchased tickets from Posh Group for California events between July 21, 2021, and June 13, 2025, and were charged undisclosed fees, you may be eligible for up to $15.
You may be eligible to file a claim if you:
Up to $15 per eligible member on a pro rata basis. The exact amount depends on how many valid claims are submitted from the $1.2 million total fund minus attorney fees and administration costs.
