Festival Fun Parks, LLC (d/b/a Palace Entertainment) has agreed to pay $1 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging Splish Splash Waterpark charged undisclosed processing fees on online ticket purchases.
The case, Rodriguez v. Festival Fun Parks, LLC (Case No. 2:24-cv-01245-NJC-ARL), was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. If you purchased electronic tickets from splishsplash.com between August 29, 2022, and March 5, 2024, and were charged a processing fee, you may be eligible for a pro rata share of the settlement fund.

Individual payments are calculated as a pro rata share of the $1 million settlement fund based on the total processing fees you paid. Amounts vary by total fees paid during the class period. Deductions include attorney fees (up to one-third), litigation costs, and administration expenses.
