How Much Can You Get?
The settlement fund is $1.2 million. You can claim in one of three ways: without any receipt, up to $7 for each bottle you bought; with proof of purchase, the full price you actually paid; or, if you prefer, a $25 product voucher (vouchers are capped at $50 total). All payments are subject to a pro-rata adjustment, meaning the per-person amount can be scaled up or down depending on how many valid claims are filed against the $1.2 million fund, so the final figure is not fixed until claims are processed.
