No-Proof Class Action Settlements You Can Claim
Updated June 22, 2026 · 5 min read · By Class Action Buddy
Short answer: The settlements you can claim depend on three factors: (1) whether you bought the covered product during the class period, (2) whether you lived in an eligible state, and (3) whether the deadline is still open.
Use the 4-question self-check below to determine which of the 12 currently-open no-proof settlements apply to you. Most people qualify for 3-6.
The 4-question self-check
For each settlement below, answer the questions in order. If you can answer "yes" to all 4, you qualify and should file.
Question 1: Do you live in (or have you lived in) the right state?
- All 50 states qualify: Waffle Recall, Bayer Antifungal, Sealy Bedding, Balance of Nature, Salmonella Pet Food, G.Skill RAM, Differin BPO, Tom's of Maine
- California only: PetSafe E-Collar, Cosequin Dog Joint
- 9 specific states (NY, CA, CT, FL, IL, MD, MA, MI, PA): Joint Juice Glucosamine
- 27 states + DC: Beef Price-Fixing (AZ, CA, DC, FL, IL, IA, KS, ME, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, RI, SD, TN, UT, WV, WI)
State eligibility is based on where you lived when you bought the product, not where you live now.
Question 2: Did you buy or use the product during the class period?
Each settlement covers a specific date range. Click any settlement card below for the exact window:

Question 3: Have you filed a duplicate claim?
Filing the same settlement twice (accidentally or intentionally) results in the second claim being rejected. The administrator matches by name + email + address.
Question 4: Is the deadline still open?
As of June 22, 2026, all 12 settlements listed above are still accepting claims. The earliest deadline is February 5, 2026 (Mid America Pet Food) and the latest is July 21, 2026 (Cosequin).

Frequently Asked Questions
Average household qualifies for how many of the 12?
Based on Class Action Buddy's usage data, the average U.S. household qualifies for 3-6 of the 12 currently-open no-proof settlements. California pet owners with broad supplement and grocery purchases typically qualify for 7-9.
If I qualify but I'm not sure I really used the product, should I file?
Don't file if you're genuinely uncertain. The sworn attestation requires good-faith truthful disclosure. But if you recall buying it at some point during the class period — even without exact dates — that's usually enough.
Can I claim for products I bought online from a third-party seller?
Yes, in nearly all cases. Where you bought the product (Amazon, retail store, direct from manufacturer) doesn't matter — what matters is that you actually bought and used the covered product during the class period.
What if I qualify for 8 settlements — does that look suspicious to administrators?
No. Settlements are independent — qualifying for many doesn't flag anything. People who file all the no-proof claims they qualify for usually do so honestly because the products in question are common consumer goods (waffles, supplements, beef, etc.).
