Frequently Asked Questions

How often does this list change?

Settlements close throughout the year, and new ones open monthly. The 12 listed here are accurate as of June 2026; check our open settlements page for the live list.

Can I claim all 12 even if I live in just one state?

Only if you qualify for each. The all-state settlements (Sealy, Balance of Nature, Antifungal, Salmonella Pet Food, G.Skill, Differin, Waffle, Tom's) are open to anyone in the U.S. who actually used the product. State-restricted ones (PetSafe, Cosequin, Beef, Joint Juice) only cover residents of specific states.

Do I file them all separately?

Yes — each settlement has its own claim form, deadline, and administrator. Class Action Buddy submits to each one separately on your behalf so you don't have to keep track of 12 different portals.

What if I miss a deadline?

Missing the deadline almost always means forfeiting that specific settlement's payout. See our guide on what happens if you miss a class action deadline for the narrow exceptions.

File every no-proof settlement in one place
